SALES SUPPORT GENERAL OFFICE. $22.00 / HR.

Job Details:
  • YOU MUST HAVE CLEAR INTELLIGIBLE HANDWRITING.
  • Fast-Paced Job, Monday thru Friday. Between 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
  • We are looking for a logical, energetic person, with Lots of Common Sense, who is organized, resilient, cooperative, positive, and has a good sense of humor.
  • You will be Assisting Account Managers with: 
    • Checking product availabilities and costs.
    • Entering Customer Quotes and Orders.
    • Faxing Confirming Purchase Orders to Suppliers.
    • Interfacing with your Account Manager with questions about your work process.
  • You must be comfortable using an iPad 30-40% of your day.
  • You will need to learn how to navigate Company WIN10 Database.
  • You must have a Pleasant, Clear Speaking, Understandable Voice as you will be on the phone most of your day.
  • You must be reliable from an attendance standpoint.

PAY:
  • PAY IS PAID BI-MONTHLY (Calculated against 1st thru 15th) & (16th thru EOM).
  • 80 HOURS PRO-RATED PAID ANNUAL VACATION.
  • 8+ PAID HOLIDAYS according to Company Policy.
